CANCELLING AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
RH Blends requires a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you have not provided at least 12 hours notice for a change in appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment/appointment service cost at your next appointment.

A text reminder is sent 23 hours prior to all appointments, 12 hours prior to the appointment all appointments are considered confirmed.

NO SHOW/LATE POLICY:
Should you be more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and pay for 50% of your scheduled appointment/appointments at your next service.

NO SHOWS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY 100% OF THE APPOINTMENT MISSED OR YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING ANY FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.
